- Latest technology providing maximum performance.
- Tooth design - the variable 3.5 teeth per inch pitch with a 10° inclination offers the following advantages: - Faster and more aggressive cutting - Better heat dissipation during cutting - teeth stay sharp longer. - Deeper curved teeth allow for more efficient chip removal, preventing clogging and heat build-up. - Specially designed tooth angles are less likely to create uneven holes in thinner materials. - Side-tilted teeth to minimize binding and friction. - Requires less force - achieved by combining aggressive tooth placement and good chip clearance, which requires less force during drilling.
- Tooth material - the teeth of the core drills are made of the best Matrix II type high-speed steel. Matrix II steel contains 8% cobalt, thanks to which the teeth maintain their original hardness even at the high operating temperatures encountered when cutting metals. - Bi-metal design - the high-speed steel teeth are laser-welded to the alloy steel body. The teeth are vacuum hardened to 65 HRC at 600°C, ensuring maximum durability and utility. Thanks to the high wear resistance of Matrix II steel, these hole saws are ideal for cutting tough and hard materials such as stainless and acid-resistant steel, as well as softer materials like wood.
- Hole saw body - The 1.27 mm thick steel hole saw body rigidly holds its shape but is also flexible. The effective cutting depth is 41 mm.
- Backplate design - The backplate of the hole saw is made of thick steel, so the size of the holes will not be larger than desired. - This backplate provides strength and rigidity to reduce vibration. Guiding with 4 holes allows for easier positioning of the arbor. - Perfectly designed back disc for good centering, which is especially important for larger diameter hole saws.
- Diagonal grooves for debris removal and discharge.
- Applications - High quality manufacturing technologies ensure good concentricity, so these hole saws can be used with both handheld and stand-mounted drills (can only be installed manually).
- This high-quality hole saw series is perfect for cutting all materials: - steel with a hardness of max. 1000 N/mm² - stainless steel and acid-resistant steel - non-ferrous metals - cast iron - aluminum - wood - medium density
