  • Latest technology providing maximum performance.
  • Tooth design - the variable 3.5 teeth/inch tooth pitch with a 10° rake angle offers the following advantages: - Faster and more aggressive cutting - Better heat dissipation generated during cutting - teeth stay sharp longer. - Deeper curved teeth allow for more efficient chip removal, preventing clogging and heat build-up. - Specially designed tooth angles are less likely to create uneven holes in thinner materials. - Side-angled teeth to minimize binding and friction. - Requires less force - achieved by a combination of aggressive tooth placement and good chip clearance, requiring less force during drilling.
  • Tooth material - the teeth of the hole saws are made of the best Matrix II high-speed steel. Matrix II steel contains 8% cobalt, which allows the teeth to retain their original hardness even at high operating temperatures when cutting metals. - Bi-metal design - the high-speed steel teeth are laser welded to the alloy steel body. The teeth are vacuum hardened to 65 HRC at 600°C, ensuring maximum durability and utility. Thanks to the high wear resistance of Matrix II steel, these hole saws are ideal for cutting tough and hard materials like stainless and acid-resistant steel, as well as softer materials like wood.
  • Hole saw body - The 1.27 mm thick steel hole saw body rigidly holds its shape but is also flexible. The effective cutting depth is 41 mm.
  • Backplate design - The backplate of the hole saw is made of thick steel, so the size of the holes will not exceed the desired size. - This backplate provides strength and rigidity to reduce vibration, with 4 guide holes for easier placement of the arbor. - Perfectly designed back plate for good centering, which is especially important for larger diameter hole saws.
  • Diagonal slots for debris removal and ejection.
  • Applications - Good concentricity is ensured by high-quality manufacturing technologies, so these hole saws can be used with both hand and stand drills (only to be mounted by hand).
  • This high-quality hole saw series is perfect for cutting all materials: - steel with a hardness of max. 1000 N/mm² - stainless steel and acid-resistant steel - non-ferrous metals - cast iron - aluminum - wood - medium density
