- Latest technology providing maximum performance.
- Tooth design - the variable 3.5 teeth/inch tooth pitch with a 10° angle offers the following advantages: - Faster and more aggressive cutting - Better heat dissipation during cutting - teeth stay sharper longer. - Deeper curving teeth allow for more efficient chip removal, preventing clogging and heat buildup. - Specially designed tooth angles are less likely to create holes with uneven edges on thinner materials. - Side-tilted teeth to minimize binding and friction. - Requires less force - achieved by a combination of aggressive tooth placement and good chip clearing, which requires less force during drilling.
- Tooth material - the toothed part of the core drills is made from the best Matrix II type high-speed steel. Matrix II steel contains 8% cobalt, thanks to which the teeth maintain their original hardness even at high operating temperatures encountered when cutting metals. - Bi-metal design - high-speed steel teeth are laser-welded to the alloy steel body. The teeth are vacuum-hardened to 65 HRC at 600°C, ensuring maximum durability and utility. Due to the high wear resistance of Matrix II steel, these hole saws are ideal for cutting difficult and hard materials such as stainless and acid-resistant steel, as well as softer materials like wood.
- Hole saw body - The 1.27 mm thick steel hole saw body rigidly holds its shape but is also flexible. The effective cutting depth is 41 mm.
- Backplate design - The hole saw backplate is made of thick steel, ensuring that the holes will not be larger than the desired size. - This backplate provides strength and rigidity to reduce vibration, with 4 holes for easier positioning of the arbor. - Perfectly designed rear circular plate for good centering, which is especially important for larger diameter hole saws.
- Diagonal grooves for debris removal and discharge
- Applications - High-quality manufacturing technologies ensure good circular accuracy, which is why these hole saws can be used with both hand-held and stand drills (only hand-assembled).
- This high-quality hole saw series is perfect for cutting all materials: - steel with a maximum hardness of 1000 N/mm² - stainless steel and acid-resistant steel - non-ferrous metals - cast iron - aluminum - wood - medium density
