  • Latest technology providing maximum performance.
  • Tooth design - the variable 3.5 teeth/inch tooth pitch with a 10° rake angle offers the following advantages: - Faster and more aggressive cutting - Better dissipation of heat generated during cutting - teeth stay sharp longer. - Deeper curving teeth allow for more efficient chip removal, preventing clogging and heat build-up. - Specially designed tooth angles are less likely to create uneven holes in thinner materials. - Side-set teeth to minimize binding and friction. - Requires less force - achieved by a combination of aggressive tooth placement and good chip clearance, requiring less force during drilling.
  • Tooth material - the teeth of the core drills are made of the best Matrix II high-speed steel. Matrix II steel contains 8% cobalt, which allows the teeth to retain their original hardness even at high operating temperatures encountered when cutting metals. - Bimetal design - the high-speed steel teeth are laser-welded to the alloy steel body. The teeth are vacuum hardened to 65 HRC at 600°C, ensuring maximum durability and usefulness. Thanks to the high wear resistance of Matrix II steel, these hole saws are ideal for cutting tough and hard materials such as stainless and acid-resistant steel, as well as softer materials like wood.
  • Hole saw body - The 1.27 mm thick steel hole saw body rigidly maintains its shape but is also flexible. The effective cutting depth is 41 mm.
  • Backplate design - The hole saw backplate is made of thick steel, so the hole size will not exceed the desired size. - This backplate provides strength and rigidity to reduce vibration, and 4 holes facilitate easier placement of the pilot drill. - Perfectly designed rear disc for good centering, which is especially important for larger diameter hole saws.
  • Diagonal slots for debris removal and discharge.
  • Applications - Good concentricity is ensured by high-quality manufacturing technologies, so these hole saws can be used with both hand drills and drill presses (only hand-mounted).
  • This high-quality hole saw series is perfect for cutting all materials: - steel with a hardness of max. 1000 N/mm² - stainless steel and acid-resistant steel - non-ferrous metals - cast iron - aluminum - wood - medium density
