Brake Cleaner 500ml

Special cleaner for pre-cleaning in anaerobic bonding applications such as screw and bearing retention, surface and pipe sealing.

Note:
Metal Cleaner 7063 does not affect the curing speed and final strength of anaerobic adhesives, but merely ensures good adhesion and reliable curing thanks to the clean surface. Unclean or partially clean surfaces can negatively affect the performance of adhesives. Excessive use on painted surfaces, plastics, and rubbers should be avoided. In case of delicate surfaces, check material compatibility in an inconspicuous area. Do not use on hot surfaces or near electrical contacts. Risk of fire!

Application area
Can be used on metal surfaces, such as engines, housings, gearbox flanges, joints, hinges, etc.

Instructions
Carefully spray a sufficient amount of product onto the surfaces to be cleaned and allow the excess product to drip off. Wipe the still wet surfaces with a clean paper towel to remove contaminants and excess solvent. Clean again if necessary. Allow the surface to evaporate dry before bonding to prevent solvent from entering the bond gap. Apply the adhesive immediately and then assemble the parts.
